and executable versions of the software to process a un limited portfolio of financial transactions.

Incentive Program
Right to participate in an incentive program to encourage contributions.
This program rewards points to contributors for each contribution (bug fix or enhancement) according to a point system.
Point totals will be calculated periodically and the leaders will be displayed on a "league table" on the Gem Soup website.
Each year, all point totals will be calculated for all contributors.
An incentive pool will be established based on 20% of the intra-year membership fees or end-of-year renewal fees for "Emerald"
and "Ruby" members.
Incentive bonuses will be calculated for each contributor based on their point total.
Diamond member firms will be eligible to receive their incentive bonus in credit. A fraction of the incentive pool will be
allocated for individual prizes.
Distribution
On agreement of Gem Soup and the member, Diamond members may act as agents or resellers of Gem Soup products and services..
These agreements will typically be limited to software vendors and service providers.
